Privacy Policy

Better Together Group, LLC ("we" or "the practice") operates attuneleadership.com to provide information about ATTUNE™ Team and the executive team engagements led by Claudia Beck, MCC. This policy explains how we handle personal information connected to this site.

Information we collect

The ATTUNE Team Assessment is free to download without giving your email. If you sign up for The Leadership Mirror on that page, we use your email only to send it and occasional updates. If you choose to send your online assessment results to Claudia, we receive your name, email, ratings and reflections. When you send an inquiry, we receive your name, email, role and your message, and optionally your organization. All of these are delivered to us through Web3Forms, a form service. We use this information to know who requested a resource or completed the assessment, and to follow up only if you ask us to.

Introductory conversations are booked through Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. When you book, Calendly collects the details you enter under its own privacy policy and shares them with us so we can hold the conversation. We do not sell, rent or share this information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Confidentiality

What you share in an introductory conversation or in an engagement stays confidential within the limits of our written agreement and the ICF Code of Ethics. When an organization sponsors an engagement, we agree at the start what the sponsor sees. Confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is required by law, or where there is a serious risk of harm to you or to others.

Cookies, analytics and fonts

This site does not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google's servers. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.

External links

This site links to bettertogethergroup.co, Calendly and LinkedIn, and uses Web3Forms to deliver form submissions. Each is a separate service with its own privacy practices. We do not pass personal data in outbound links.

Your rights

You may request access to, or deletion of, any personal information we hold by emailing claudia.beck@bettertogethergroup.co. We will confirm and complete removal within 30 days.
